5. Payment Terms

5.2 Payment Schedule
Unless otherwise agreed:
- 50% advance payment before project commencement
- 50% payment upon project completion and delivery
- Course fees are payable in full before course access
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
- Project suspension until payment is received
- Late payment fees as specified in the agreement
- Termination of services for non-payment
6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for project delivery.

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to:

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We provide:
- Bug fixes for 30 days after project delivery

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination
10.1 By Client
You may terminate services with written notice. Payments for completed work are non-refundable.
10.2 By Techomission
We may terminate services if:
- You breach these Terms
- Payment is not received
- The project becomes unfeasible
- You engage in abusive behavior
11. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins
- Course fees are non-refundable after access is granted
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, India.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
